Please follow the instructions below to find your player ID in order for us to be able to help you.


  • On Facebook, click the face-down arrow on the upper right corner, and select "Settings"

  • Once in the settings, select "Apps" on the left-hand side menu.



  • Find the game amongst your played Apps (in this screenshot, it's Treasure Madness), and extract your User ID from the section "Get Help from the Developers"


That's it, you found your player ID - well done!
